The RF Civic Chamber urges to pay attention to the official communication of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee
It refutes the veracity of anonymous messages about the upcoming terrorist attacks
The Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation draws public attention to the official statement of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee about anonymous reports about allegedly upcoming terrorist attacks in several cities of Russia: such messages appear in social networks and in a number of the mass media.
According to the statement, posted on the official websites of the National Anti-terrorist Committee and the Federal Security Service, this information is false and unreliable, and it should not cause a sense of alarm for the safety of citizens.
According to Sergei Ordzhonikidze, chairman of the Anti-Terrorist Coordination Council under the Russian Federation's Civic Chamber, those who spread this false information should be aware that they are responsible for such actions.
"I ask you to go only by official reports, not to fall for provocations and provide all possible assistance to law-enforcement agencies", - said Sergei Ordzhonikidze.
